1. Mobilize and empower communities, families, schools, and religious houses to take action to prevent drug abuse among young people
2. Identify, Train, Monitor and support young people with life, social and vocational skills to help them build resistance drug abuse.
3. Support young people to start, stay and finish primary and secondary school.
4. Promote inclusivity for young people living with disability.
